Flower dress

Anyone know where I can find the dress used on the cover of Sim seasons 1st edition magazine and on the models for the welcome poses by pepper?

I'll have to search for it. I don't think I have it in my game anymore after I uninstalled all of my CC the last time. I'll be sure to post a link here if I find it though XD
